Delivery

Delivery information for PRYCE & KNOX orders.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days of being placed, for both UK and US delivery. Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partners, and many items ship from partner warehouses outside the UK. Busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas can occasionally add a few days.

UK delivery charges

Standard UK delivery starts at £4.99 for orders under £50. Orders combining certain products or fulfilment partners can have combined delivery charges, such as £9.98 where two £4.99 charges apply. The full delivery charge for your basket is displayed at checkout before payment. Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, including mixed-supplier orders.

Orders containing several items

Products may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Orders combining certain products or fulfilment partners can have combined delivery charges below £50. Please check the total shipping charge shown before paying.
