Delivery

How much is UK delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £4.99, with free standard UK delivery on orders of £50 or more. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

When will my order arrive?

Processing and delivery times vary by item, availability and dispatch location. Some items are dispatched from international fulfilment locations. Any dates supplied on the website, at checkout or in order communications are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Will everything arrive together?

Items may be sent separately and arrive on different dates. Where tracking is available, we provide it after dispatch. Carrier updates can take time to appear. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns and order problems

How do I request a return?

For most online purchases, contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to request cancellation. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. Please contact us for the correct instructions and return address before sending anything. Conditions and exceptions are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

What if my item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Email info@pryceandknox.com with your order number and details of the problem so we can help. Photographs can be useful but are not a condition of your statutory rights.

Where is my order?

Check your order confirmation and any dispatch or tracking information. If your order is delayed or missing, contact us with your order number.

No. You can check out as a guest.
