At PRYCE & KNOX, we aim to provide clear delivery information and a straightforward ordering experience.

UK Delivery Charges

Standard UK delivery: £4.99
FREE standard UK delivery on orders of £50 or more

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

We do not advertise a separate express delivery service.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and dispatched by our fulfilment partners.

Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product, stock availability and dispatch location.

Estimated delivery dates or timeframes may be provided on product pages, at checkout or in order communications.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Some products may be dispatched from international fulfilment locations.

Multiple Parcels

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

This can happen when products are supplied by different fulfilment partners.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after dispatch.

Tracking updates may take time to appear in the carrier's system.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods must normally be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed.

If delivery does not take place within the agreed or legally required period, you may have rights to request delivery within an additional appropriate period or cancel the order and receive a refund.
